Crazy, Busy, Happy: January 2013

We got more snow today! A lot of snow!!! I'm pretty sure Kynzley enjoyed it :-) Her and I spent a good portion of our morning running through all the freshly fallen snow. I can't help but think what was going through my neighbors heads if they were watching us - ha! I'm sure I looked more like a babysitter than a mother. At one point Kynzley and I were having a contest to see who could slide the farthest down our sloped driveway --- head first ---. We took the sled up and down the street a few (thousand) times too! I'm not sure what was more fun for her, the sledding or watching me face plant it a bunch of times because of the ice under the snow. We ended our day back out in the snow as well!!!! All in all it was a fantastic winter day!!!!!

Hello Everyone!!!

We are back! With the holidays we found ourselves super busy and the blogging got way behind us...me :) Don't worry, I will update you!

Lets see.... last blog was Halloween (oh goodness, so sad!). Since then there was Thanksgiving (which was great and simple!), my birthday (spent doing Christmas activities!!!), a family wedding (Kynzley had SOOOO much fun!), Kynzley's ~~FIRST~~ dance recital (she did a GREAT job!), 4 family Christmas's, a trip to Wisconsin Dells and New years spent with great friends (Kynzley lasted until 12:30!)! There was also a visit in there to Chicago to see some of our favorites, Kenna, Micki and of course Nap (Matt - Kynzley calls him Nap)!

Kynzley is growing like a weed and advances in something everyday! We love to stay active and involved. Like I previously mentioned she had her first dance recital! It was so much fun to watch her :) She also took part in a gymnastic/gym class at the Y and had A LOT of fun! We are currently taking a break from dancing and she has decided to do a sports class (it introduces a new sport everyday). She's having a lot of fun with it so far! Her favorite sports currently are football (yes football!) and basketball. She will actually sit and watch a whole football game with daddy and yes, she even yells at the TV. She may love football, but she is OBSESSED with princesses! Most days are spent with her wearing her wearing her Cinderella or Rapunzel dresses. She knows her ABC's, can count to 15 on her own, wears undies (!!!!), loves to talk on the phone, sings about EVERYTHING (E.V.E.R.Y.T.H.I.G), always looks forward to playing with her friends and makes us smile everyday!!! We are so blessed to have her!

We are excited to see what 2013 holds for us!
