Our Traditions Continue

It was a weekend of firsts for Benton, but a weekend of traditions for the rest of us! We had a great Thanksgiving break being a family :) Benton celebrated his first Thanksgiving - he fully enjoyed the feast and Kynzley had a great time running around auntie Lynda's house with the boys.

On Saturday the weather was beautiful!!! Sunny and "warm"! We packed up and showed  Benton how serious we get about our Christmas trees. Because the weather was so perfect the tree farm was super busy, but we were still able to find our perfect tree! We also got in a sleigh ride, another first for Benton. Saturday evening we headed to the Rotary Lights! Francis and I have done this since we have been together, it was so much fun to add Kynzley to the tradition after she was born and now Benton gets to join - such an awesome feeling! The attraction gets larger and larger every year, it's so neat to see all the creative things they can do with Christmas lights. Kynzley had a ball! We couldn't figure out if Benton enjoyed the lights or the passing cars more :) After all the fresh air from the day, everyone slept great!

On Sunday we lounged around .... a lot! After Kynzley and daddy put the finishing touches to the outside Christmas lights, football was on the schedule for the rest of the day! Unfortunately, a rival has already started (yes! This early!) in our house between Kynzley and Francis - Packers vs Vikings. Kynzley has become an obsessed Packer fan in the last couple weeks and loves to rub it in daddy's face. I have a feeling there is going to be lots of yelling between these two in the future!!!

The bond these two have is amazing! Kynzley and her Pampa :)

The perfect tree!

She's always a big help ;)

Oh Kynzley!
