1 yr stats!

Kynzley had her 1 yr check up today, it went great! She is 21lbs and 30inches! She's a petite little thing :-) She had to make sure that she showed off her walking skills to her doctor and all her favorite nurses! When Francis and I were going through the foster care process we needed a health check and we needed it as soon as possible, when we tried to set up an appointment with the main clinic and hospital they were booked for months so we were scheduled at one of their clinics in a small town. We loved it. We felt so comfortable with the doctor and all the nurses, we decided to make it our "family" clinic. They have been a part of Kynzley's life since she was a couple days old and she is very comfortable with everyone! It's always a great feeling when a nurse pops her head in the door just to say hi and see Kynzley :-)

Well, Kynzley is a walking machine!!! She pretty much walks full-time unless she trips she will crawl to the nearest thing to pull herself up and continue on her journey. She is so fun to watch! She has also learned how to go down the steps the right way!!!!! BIG ACCOMPLISHMENT! She tosses whatever is in her hands down the steps and then turns around and goes down BACKWARDS! (not head first!!) She is also learning new words. Today, while we were getting ready, I asked her if she was excited to go see Dr.Caron and her reply - "docta!" Of course when we got there Kynzley had to let daddy know where we were - "docta". Every once and awhile you'll hear a "good job" too. She continues going strong with her animal sounds, we have been working on sheep. Other words that she has added to her list lately: hi, nigh-nigh (nigh-night), bananannnnnna (banana), juice, when she wants milk she says "mmmm" :-). She is growing up so fast! She is still as daring as ever. Practically bounces off the walls :-) She's so much fun!

We cannot wait for the weather to get nice and stay nice so we can play outside all day!

Such a big girl! She loves swings!

 Crazy morning hair :)
